1. Classic Beguni
Ingredients:

- Gram flour

Steps:
- Coat eggplant slices in gram flour batter.
- Deep-fry until crispy.
2. Stuffed Beguni
Ingredients:

- Gram flour
- Stuffing (spiced mashed potatoes)
Steps:
- Slit eggplants and stuff with mashed potatoes.
- Coat in batter and fry.
3. Spicy Beguni

Steps:
