Nimki Variations
1. Classic Nimki
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp oil
- Water for dough
Steps:
- Knead flour, salt, and oil into a dough.
- Roll into thin sheets, cut into shapes, and fry.
2. Masala Nimki
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp carom seeds
- Salt and oil
Steps:
- Add cumin and carom seeds to the dough.
- Fry in hot oil until crispy.
3. Spicy Nimki
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
Steps:
- Mix spices into dough.
- Roll, cut, and fry until golden brown.
