Nimki Variations

1. Classic Nimki

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Water for dough

Steps:

  1. Knead flour, salt, and oil into a dough.
  2. Roll into thin sheets, cut into shapes, and fry.

2. Masala Nimki

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • Salt and oil

Steps:

  1. Add cumin and carom seeds to the dough.
  2. Fry in hot oil until crispy.

3. Spicy Nimki

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste

Steps:

  1. Mix spices into dough.
  2. Roll, cut, and fry until golden brown.
