Ingredients

For the Dough:

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil or ghee (optional)
  • Water, as needed (around 3/4 to 1 cup)

For the Keema Filling:

  • 1 cup minced meat (lamb or chicken)
  • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt, to taste

For Cooking the Paratha:

  • Ghee, butter, or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Mix flour, salt, and water to make a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a pan, cook the minced meat with spices, green chilies, and salt until fully cooked and dry. Add coriander leaves and let the mixture cool.
  3. Stuff and Roll the Paratha: Roll out a dough ball, add filling, seal it, and roll it gently to prevent tearing.
  4. Cook the Paratha: Fry on a hot skillet with ghee or oil until golden and crispy on both sides.
