Description: This refreshing variation includes grated cucumber, adding a cooling element to the Borhani. It’s light, hydrating, and perfect for pairing with spicy dishes or enjoying on a hot day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 small cucumber, grated
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp green chili paste
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Process:

  1. Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add cold water, grated cucumber, black salt, roasted cumin powder, green chili paste, and chopped mint leaves. Mix well.
  3. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
