Cucumber Borhani
Description: This refreshing variation includes grated cucumber, adding a cooling element to the Borhani. It’s light, hydrating, and perfect for pairing with spicy dishes or enjoying on a hot day.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 small cucumber, grated
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp green chili paste
- 1 tbsp mint leaves, finely
chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves for
garnish
Process:
- Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
- Add cold water, grated cucumber,
black salt, roasted cumin powder, green chili paste, and chopped mint
leaves. Mix well.
- Adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to
allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled, garnished with
fresh coriander leaves.
