Mint and Coriander Borhani

Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tbsp mint leaves, finely
chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely
chopped
- 1/2 tsp green chili paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh coriander leaves for
garnish
Process:
- Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
- Add cold water, black salt,
roasted cumin powder, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, green
chili paste, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to
