  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp green chili paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Process:

  1. Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add cold water, black salt, roasted cumin powder, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, green chili paste, and lemon juice. Mix well.
