Mango Lassi
Description: A tropical twist
on the classic lassi, this mango version is rich, fruity, and utterly
delicious. It's a popular favorite in Indian cuisine.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain
yogurt
- 1 cup ripe
mango pulp (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 cup milk
or water
- 3 tbsp sugar
(adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp
cardamom powder
- Ice cubes
Process:
- In a
blender, combine yogurt, mango pulp, milk or water, and sugar.
- Blend until
smooth and creamy.
- Add cardamom
powder and blend again.
- Pour the
mango lassi into glasses and add a few ice cubes.
- Serve
chilled.
