Description: A tropical twist on the classic lassi, this mango version is rich, fruity, and utterly delicious. It's a popular favorite in Indian cuisine.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup ripe mango pulp (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 cup milk or water
  • 3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes

Process:

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, mango pulp, milk or water, and sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add cardamom powder and blend again.
  4. Pour the mango lassi into glasses and add a few ice cubes.
  5. Serve chilled.
