Chittagong Style Borhani

Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard paste
- 1/2 tsp green chili paste
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp tamarind pulp
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Process:
- Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
- Add cold water, black salt,
roasted cumin powder, mustard paste, green chili paste, ground black
pepper, and tamarind pulp. Mix well.
- Adjust the tanginess by adding
more tamarind pulp if needed.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let
the flavors develop.
- Serve chilled, garnished with
fresh mint leaves.
