Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard paste
  • 1/2 tsp green chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp tamarind pulp
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Process:

  1. Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add cold water, black salt, roasted cumin powder, mustard paste, green chili paste, ground black pepper, and tamarind pulp. Mix well.
  3. Adjust the tanginess by adding more tamarind pulp if needed.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
